Who we are
Business Energy Solutions is a trading name of Online Web Store Ltd (company number 08001735, registered office 4 Blakes Road, Thornbury, Bristol, BS35 2JB). You can reach us at team@businessenergysolutions.co.uk. We help UK businesses find energy and water deals. We are an introducer: we do not supply energy or water ourselves.
What we do for you
You send us details about your business and a recent bill. We pass these to our energy partner, who gathers quotes and options from 50+ suppliers. You see the options in plain English. You decide whether to go ahead. There is no obligation to switch.
How we are paid
This service is free to you. Business Energy Solutions is an introducer. We do not give energy advice or recommendations. We introduce you to our energy partner, who gathers quotes and options from 50+ suppliers so you can compare them and decide. When an introduction leads to a qualifying contract, we receive a commission from our energy partner. We want you to know that up front.
The choice is always yours, and you are under no obligation to go ahead.
If you do not switch, we are not paid, and you owe us nothing.
No guarantees on price
Energy prices change daily. Any prices or savings we show are based on the information you give us and on the market at that moment, and may change before a contract is agreed. We cannot guarantee that any deal you are shown will be the cheapest available anywhere.
Your contract is with the supplier
If you choose a supplier, your contract is directly with them, on their terms. Please read their terms, including the contract length, any notice period and what happens at the end of the contract.
What we need from you
Please give us accurate and complete information, and only upload bills for businesses you are authorised to act for. Tell us if anything changes.
Our responsibility to you
We take reasonable care in everything we do. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for changes in market prices. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for fraud or negligence causing death or personal injury.

If you are unhappy, email team@businessenergysolutions.co.uk and we will reply promptly.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
